Honan, Jr, 910-394-6599. Provide AFFF fire suppression system as indicatied on the drawings and in the specifications for Nosedock #1 (approximately 10,000 SF). Provide wet pipe system in the adjacent offices and parts storage areas (approximately 3,400 SF). The AFFF system will be collected using existing floor drains and drainage lines (currently serving the hanger bay). New manholes and electronic valves will be provided to divert the foam into new underground storage tanks in the event of discharge. Provide 300 SF pre-engineered metal shed on concrete slab on grade with turned down netal footings for sprinkler riser room. The building exterior will consist of prefinished standing seam metal roofing (@ 3:12 slope) and prefinished metal siding, metal gutter and downspout with an eave height of 10'. Interior finish consists of exposed painted structure and a sealed concrete floor. The proposed acquisition will comply with DFAR Subpart 219.72, Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns in Construction Acuisitions -- Test Program.
