Suppliers capable of providing the above listed supplies should provide a written response to this synopsis including company capabilities and technical/product information only, within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of this publication. This response must include documentation such as: test results; copy of purchase orders, if the supplier was a vendor to the previous source; or a statement from the previous source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply an item that will be physically and functionally interchangeable (down to the repair part level) with those items acquired from the previous supplier.
