The effort will include procurement of unique parts such as signal, coaxial and power modules including two tier Ita components. Virginia Panel Corp. is the manufacturer of the receiver assembly and is the only known vendor who makes the mating interface hardware. If any source other than Virginia Panel is able to furnish these items, evidence of that ability should be furnished to Roland Crowder within 15 days from date of this notice.
