Crouse, (202) 685-3162 THIS PROCUREMENT IS UNRESTRICTED. The work includes demolition of an existing multi-zone unit, electronic thermostats and electronically controlled motorized valves. Also, included in the demolition will be all hot and chilled water piping from the main hand cut-off valves to the multi-zone unit. The existing steam to hot water convertor will be used. New work shall include replacing the multi-zone unit, thermostats, piping and pumps and incidental related work. Redundant pumping will be provided for both systems. Each piece of new equipment will have pneumatic controls. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this project is 1711. The size standard is $17M. Requests for plans and specifications must be made in writing accompanied with a check in the amount of $20.00 made payable to the order of US Treasury c/o EFA Chesapeake, mailed or hand deliverd to the above address. Please note the plans and specifications will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis until supplies are exhausted.
