Jun 97. All assets will be procured from Lockheed Martin, Electronics
and Missiles. FOB Origin with deliveriy to the US Army AH-64 Support
Center, 1700 Tradeport Drive, Orlando, Florida 32824-7007. This is not
a competitive procurement; the Government does not own or have in its
possession the drawings for these parts. The Authority and
Justification is 10 U. S. C. (c) (1). This proposed contractual action
is for supplies which cannot be procured through full and open
competition because the authority cited states only one responsible
source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other
supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1. All
offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be
eligible for award. Interested firms are instructed to seek source
approval in order to compete for this solicitation by submitting
documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping
List (CASL) Procedures. All responsible sources may submit an offer
which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests will be
