A Request for Proposal (Bldgs 385 & 408) is being prepared to have installation of government furnished boilers at the DFAS Complex (Aurora CO). Information: On 6 July 1995 the utility systems from the Lowry Air Force Base (United States Air Force) were transferred to the Lowry Redvelopment (LRA), which was known as the ''Economic Development Conveyance''. Currently there are a few individual DOD agencies still occupying property/buildings on Lowry AFB. The purpose of this CBD notice is to advise interested parties that this office is pursuing a Sole Source Contract with LRA (Custodian of DFAS Complex/Lowry AFB) for installation of GFE boilers .
