The proposed contract action is to obtain highly expert technical support services to perform a wide variety of complex tasks that are necessary to provide on-going microcomputer and office automation support services. Support services are required in the following areas of activity: Central Network Management, Help Desk Technical Support Services, LAN/PC Training and Computer Assets Management. This is a 100% small business set-aside (SIC code: 7379). The period of performance is for one base year with options for four additional years.
