The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) has a requirement for development of an electronic filing software package for the savings associations it regulates to use in submitting financial reports. The software package should facilitate PC creation of these reports and of amendments thereto, and shall support electronic transmission of these reports and amendments to the SPRINT network, or other major telecommunications provider. The software shall be capable of running in an Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 3.x, MS-DOS, and PC-DOS operating systems environment. The software shall be provided on diskettes to an estimated 1400 associations. User support must also be provided to these associations. The required software is considered a non-commercial item. The base period of performance for the contract is December 01, 1996 through December 31, 1997, with four (4) 12 months each optional periods. RFP-TOT-97-0002 will be issued on or about June 28, 1996 and close on July 29, 1996. There are no eligibility restrictions. Offers will be accepted from all responsive responsible sources.
