J -- MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITIONING AND CONTROLS POST-WIDE SOL DADA03-96-R-0007 DUE 081096 POC Contract Specialist TOM TIPTON (303) 361-3713 (Site Code DADA03) U.S. Army Garrison Fitzsimons has a requirement for preventive maintenance and emergency repair of HVAC systems, cold water units, heated water units and temperature control systems located throughout the installation. The installation covers an area approximately one mile square. Systems are a combination of several makes and models including, but not limited to, Trane, York, McQuay, Carrier, Johnson, Honeywell and Barber-Coleman. Service will consist of quarterly, semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance. Emergency repair will be performed as required. A Requirements Contract consisting of a base period and two one year option periods is planned. The requirement is restricted to small businesses only. SIC is 1711 and the size standard is $7 million or less average gross over the last three fiscal years. Solicitations will be issued to eligible offerors on or about July 10, 1996; with proposals due 30 days after the date of issue.
