The work consists of constructing a 24,000 sq/ft Operations and Training Facility for the Air National Guard Base located at Kingsley Field IAP, Klamath Falls, OR. All sixteen (16) divisions of CSI will be utilized. It will include concrete slab-on grade footings and a single floor. It is steel framed, with steel stud perimeter walls built upon a concrete block wainscot wall. Stud walls will be covered with Exterior Foam Insulation System (EFIS). Roof system will be standing seam metal roofing. Site improvements will include concrete and asphalt paving and landscaping. Electrical work to include an emergency generator, interior wiring for systems furniture work stations and a Local Area Network (LAN) computer circuits. This is an unrestricted solicitation and is open to all parities. The construction estimate is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
