Replace overhead lighting system with new energy efficient lighting. Examine the fire alarm system. 2) Mechanical Work, Cap off leaking HVAC return line under main floor, remove all supply and return lines from bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, replace old condensate pump within boiler room and etc. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
