Eglin AFB has a requirement to Renovate Bldg. 12711, Eglin AFB, FL. This project includes complete renovation to provide a storage building for aircraft parts. The work includes asbestos and lead-paint abatement, demolition, new doors, cement masonry unit (CMU) in-fill, roofing, exterior insulating finish, interior and exterior painting and associated mechanical and electrical work. Contract will be for a period of 120 calendar days. Bid opening of 2 Sep 96 is only an estimated date. Estimated dollar range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
