Postal Service intends to issue a cost reimbursable design/build contract to design and construct a 73,000 gross square foot new construction USPS-owned Processing and Distribution Annex in Rochester, MN. The design/build entity will be responsible for furnishing manpower, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. Offerors will be required to submit both technical and price proposals. Technical submittals will require evidence of: (1) Construction Contractor; (2) Architect/Engineering Firm; (3) Experience; (4) Staffing/Resources and (5) Design. Return date for the above project is August 14, 1996. Performance Time is 180 days. Estimated Cost Range is between $3,200,000 and $4,200,000.
