The contractor shall coordinate, plan, and execute a series of trade missions to Latin and South American countries specifically designed to encourage participation by minority firms. Also, function as a liaison between Minority firms, MBDA, and International Trade Administration (ITA) U.S. & Foreign Commercial Service (US&FCS). Period of performance is not to exceed one year.
