Remove all asbestos containing and/or asbestos contaminated materials from various sized pipes, tanks, duct systems, ceiling tiles and insulation at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. Contractor must possess the required licensing to accomplish the work. This will be an indefinite quantity/delivery order type contract with a $25,000.00 minimum and $3,000,000.00 maximum. Period of performance is for two years from date of award. A site inspection will be conducted, date to be specified in the solicitation. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for small business, the size standard for which is $6M. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. See Note 1.
