The IRS intends to negotiate with ADT Mountain West on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.3 to maintain the fire and intrusion alarm system located at the Ogden Service Center, Utah. The system consists of 50% government-owned and 505 ADT owned equipment. Lease and maintenance of the said equipment will be for 1-year base period with four (4) option periods of 12 months each, beginning 10/01/96. No document exists as this notice of intent is not a request for proposals.
