Postal Service is soliciting proposals to paint the workroom area at the Buffalo GMF at 1200 William St. in Buffalo, NY 14240-9998. Work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, preparation, and painting of all interior building surfaces in the work room space as outlined in the plans and specifications, and related miscellaneous work. The estimated cost of the work is between $150,000.00 and $450,000.00, with completion within 150 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on August 15, 1996. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made.
