V -- GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE RELOCATION SERVICES SOL FCXC-S4-960001-N DUE 101596 POC Michael Jones, 703/305-6704; vivieca Johnson, 703/305-7073 The General Services administration is requesting proposals for normal Governmentwide relocation service requirements of Federal Government agencies and its employees being transferred to new duty stations within the 50 States, Washington DC, and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The objective of this request for proposal (RFP) is to obtain qualified Private sector to provide relocation services for employees of the Federal Government being transferred in the interest of the Government. All firms must demonstrate the ability to provide the services covering the entire United States and Puerto Rico. The following services will be required: 1. Home marketing assistance; 2. Home sale services including Home marketing assistance, Home Buyers assistance, Home rental assistance and mortgage counseling; 3. Property management services; 4. Spousal counseling services. Marketing assistance will be solicited as aseparate Line Item in addition to being included under Home sale services. Adraft statement of work (SOW) has been prepared for this RFP.
