To provide services within the scope of the Family Services Center located at Marine Corps Air Station, El Toro, Ca for the period 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997 with the Government having the option to extend an additional two one year option periods. Incumbent will establish and maintain liaison with area educational institutions which are accredited and choose from applicant(s) recommended by their placement personnel for the MCAS Clinical Intern Program. The intern chosen will provide services at the MCAS FSC under the clinical superviosn of the Clinical Services Coordinator. Counseling services offered through this program will include those modalities which meet accepted professional and academic standards. Crisis intervention, marriage counseling, inidividual and family counseling will be provided by the interns as well as a variety of group programs such as marriage enrichment, stress management and couples communication. All services provided must be coordianted through the FSC Program Director. The intern must be certified by the State of California as a licensed clinical psychologist with at least three years post license experience qualifying him/her to supervise post graduate interns.
