The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for the removal of existing chillers, pumps, piping systems, insulation systems, control systems, electrical systems and associated components and accessories; provision of new chillers (one electric driven chiller and one natural gas engine driven chiller), piping systems, insulation systems, control systems, energy monitoring systems, electrical systems, concrete work, metal work, painting, roofing and all other related and associated components and accessories, and incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section 01400 of the Contract Specifications. Firm Fixed price contract. Performance time 270 calendar days.
