Several locations which has direct buried cable shall have a new PVC conduit system installed for the new cable installation. Installation of new handholes and repairs to existing will also be required. The work shall also include the removing of 5KV primary transformers and upgrading the system by installing new transformers rated 12,470 volt primary as indicated. Upon completion, the runway primary electrical system shall be a loop feed system tied to MOQ Loop and incidental related work at Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, North Carolina, complete and ready for use.
