Work includes but is not limited to replacement of approximately 770 feet of corrugated metal pipe (CMP) storm drain with reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm drain, including two inlets, one new manhle, excavation, and ground restoration work. Soliciation will be issued on or about 31 JUL 96 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition. The estimated cost of construction will be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 dallars.
