The project consists of, but not limited to the following: Provide for the installation of a 7,350 square foot mezzanine supported solely from existing columns. The existing columns and foundations will be removed and replaced with both larger columns and larger foundations. The mezzanine will be metal deck with concrete infill. Railings, stairs, and motorized lift shall be incorporated into the design. The existing electrical and HVAC systems will be modified to provide adequate service above and below proposed mezzanine. The established range is $275,000 to $450,000 with completion of work within 90 days (work will not start until January 15, 1997). Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on Monday, September 9, 1996. The package will be available on or about August 9, 1996 from the Architect-Engineer, Osborne Engineer at a cost of $40.00 per package, non-refundable. Make checks/money orders payable to: U. S.
