Period of performance will be October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 with three (3) one year renewal options. The government reserves the right to award either a single award contract or a multiple award contract. Bidding material will be available August 15, 1996. All requests for solicitation documents must be received in writing and MUST BE received by the Contracting Officer within fifteen (15) calendar days of publication of this notice. When requesting documents reference the IFB number and include the firm's name, point of contact, address and telephone number. Bid opening is September 17, 1996, 2:00 PM, EST. If no responses/requests are received from sources other than Pitney Bowes, it is the intention of this VA Medical Center to sole source this requirement.
