Orders will be issued for Pre-Repair Evaluation Services, Repair, Engineering Change Proposals, Engineering Services and Support, Materials and Data necessary to assemble and test the AN/SQS-26/53 LAPS/PP-7100/PP-7777 power supplies and related equipment. This is the only known company which posseesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
