Plans and specifications will be available on or about 12 August 1996. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come, first serve basis. A check or money order for $25.00 payable to the Treasury of the United States is required as a non-refundable charge for each set of bidding data. Written requests must be received in the office of the Officer in Charge of Construction no less than five (5) working days prior to bid opening if you want the bidding data mailed.
