Quantities will be based on survey results. Contractor shall arrange work so as to keep interruption and interference with Depot operations to an absolute minimum. Estimated project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. One Job. Job is to be performed at the Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama 36201. Completion time of the survey is to be done between the heating season which is November 1 thru April 1. During this period of time ninety (90) calendar days shall be allowed to perform a steam trap survey and trap replacement. An additional time of forty-five (45) calendar days shall be made available to the contractor to perform a second steam trap survey and replace any defective steam traps which were replaced. One year after completion of contract, contractor will perform a final survey. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
