The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for an Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Studies provider for inmates incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution in Ray Brook, New York. The successful contractor will develop and maintain education services, teach, oversee and certify inmates enrolled in the vocational training program. Contractor must be accredited and licensed with the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, Academy of Addiction Studies (OASAS). Contractor will provide an estimated 156 three hour sessions during the contract year. Course will not exceed 25 inmate students. Contract to include a base year from date of award thru 12 months from date of contract award and three subsequent one year option periods.
