Synopsis: The Iowa National Guard wishes to contract for a Parking Lot Repair Project. The project will be at the Iowa Air National Guard Base located in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa. The SIC Code for this project is 1611. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17 million annual revenue for the three (3) previous years. The contractor shall follow the plans and specifications to remove and replace three parking lots. The work includes but is not limited to removal, grading for drainage, compacting of parking lot base and replacement of three (3) existing parking lots. Approximate sizes of the lots are 1,500 SY, 4,500 SY and 2,500 SY. Contract duration shall be 59 days. The construction magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The IFB packet will be issued under solicitation number DAHA13-96-B-0003.
