Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, material and perform all operations necessary for slip line 11-36'' diameter reinforced concrete pipe culverts under Nealy Ave with 30'' dia PVC. This will include cleaning the culverts of all debris, excavating sand from the outfall area, installing the liners and grout filling the annular voids. Also, an asphalt section of Nealy Ave, which has failed over the culvert, will be repaired at (MJHJ 96-0448) Langley AFB VA. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC code is 1611. The size standard is $17,000,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. All firms shall indicate if they are a large, small or small disadvantaged business and whether or not they are woman owned.
