This is a combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity contract to provide preventive maintenance inspections, and repair services of Industrial Air Conditioning Systems and Equipment at the Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort South Carolina. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, management, tools, labor materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to obtain preventive maintenance inspections, and repair services. Work shall include, semi-annually, performance of a preventive maintenance inspection for all systems under the Firm Fixed Price portion of the contract; Indefinite Quantity work to make repairs to existing systems.
