Program Executive Office, Tactical Missiles, Air-to-Ground Missile Systems (AGMS) Project Office seeks to identify potential sources for an IM HELLFIRE Rocket Motor. Reference is made to Commerce Business Daily Announcement, dated October 31, 1994, Potential Sources Sought, IM HELLFIRE Rocket Motor. The purpose of this announcement is to invite potential suppliers to submit IM Test Data to the U.S. Army Missile Command (MICOM) for evaluation. Information sought is IM test results performed on a HELLFIRE missile compliant rocket motor. Test data will be evaluated by MICOM technical experts to identify potential sources for a non-development item (NDI) HELLFIRE/Longbow missile IM rocket motor. Potential sources may contact Mr. Vincent Kearns, SFAE-MSL-HD-E-E, 205-876-3180, for technical information concerning HELLFIRE missile compliant rocket motor. Any other questions must be directed to the Contract Specialist. Pursuant to current Department of Defense policy, this announcement is to identify potential sources and to inform vendors of their potential consideration for the qualification for production of IM rocket motors for HELLFIRE/Longbow IM missiles. No funds are currently available for Government testing or motor evaluation. Further pursuit of this effort is subject to the availability of funding in the out years. No guarantee is made for a contract for any quantity of hardware even if a firm's data is evaluated as acceptable or qualified. Participants must submit test data for evaluation to Commander, U.S. Army Missle Command, ATTN: AMSMI-AC-CBH/Ms. Rudolph, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5280 within 30 days of the date of this publication. In consideration for the test data, upon completion of the evaluation, each firm will be provided the results of the evaluation of its data. (0218)
