R -- SUPERVISOR ASSESSMENT SOL 6-3001-1001 DUE 090596 POC Contract Specialist, MARY JO PATRICK, (303)275-7373 Furnish an assessment questionnaire form which measures supervisory performance in 7 broad skills areas from four different aspects; self, 1 level above self, peers, supervisor's employees. Administer the questionnaire to 115 supervisors. Provide individual assessment results interviews to each participating supervisor. Compile responses for the 7 skills areas in a statistical format for reports, and make training recommendations in skills areas needing strengthening. Prior to aadministering the questionnaire, provide 3 separate introductory/explanatory briefing sessions to 72 supervisors in Denver CO; one briefing to 19 supervisors in Houston TX; one briefing to 13 supervisors in Dallas TX; one briefing to 11 supervisors in Oklahoma City OK. Estimated duration for completion of all tasks, 3 months from date of award. Award of the contract will be to that source whose proposal offers the greatest value to the Government in terms of performance, price and other factors. The anticipated award date is within 30 days from closing date of the RFQ. All responsible sources shall submit a written quotation which will be considered by the MMS.
