Harrison, (301) 342-3664 or 3753. The Naval Air Systems Command intends
to procure component kits for the Inflight Blade Inspection System
(IBIS) for U.S. Foreign Military H-3 Helicopters. Quantity will be
approximately 64 components kits. Anticipate option for 8 additional
component kits. The initial 64 kits will be delivered approximately six
months (180 calendar days) after contract award. Anticipate firm fixed
price type contract. The proposed contract is to be awarded to General
Nucleonics, Incorporated, 2807 Metropolitan Place, Pomona CA 91767
pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. General
Nucleonics is the designer, developer, and patent holder of the IBIS
system and the only known source with the specialized knowledge,
expertise, and experience to provide the required hardware. See
