J -- ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUALIFIED VENDORS LIST POC Nadene Fontano (718) 553-3080 Contracting Officer The Federal Aviation Administration, Eastern Region, is developing a Screening Information Request (SIR)/Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for future janitorial, building maintenance, snow removal, groundskeeping, elevator and HVAC firms. The services are required at various FAA facilities located in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and Washington, D.C. Responses will be technically evaluated, as applicable, on the basis of the following factors: Past Performance, Financial Capability, experience and equipment inventory. Once established, the QVL will be reviewed not less than annually. At that time any additional vendors will be invited to apply. The firms meeting qualification criteria will be placed on a QVL and subsequently provided a statement of work for review and requested to submit an offer for the services. Request for Proposals/Request for Quotes may be restricted to a 50-100 mile radius of facility.
