R -- ACTUARIAL STUDIES AND PREPARATION OF ANNUAL REPORTS SOL 96-OXCACDX-024 DUE 090696 POC Millie Raby (202) 273-1468 Conduct the necessary actuarial services to prepare four annual reports to disclose the finanical conditions of the Judicial Retirement System, the Judicial Officer's Retirement Fund, the Judicial Survivor's Annuities System, and the Court of Federal Claims Judges' Retirement System, and to prepare four annual statements on appropriations. Additionally, prepare 5-year projection statements for the Judicial Officer's Retirement Fund, the Judicial Survivor's Annuities System, and the Court of Federal Claims Judges Retirement System. Responsible actuary must be enrolled by the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries. Reports must satisfy instructions issued by the General Accounting Office, and comply with reporting requirements pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 9503, Public Law No. 95-595, November 4, 1978. The solicitation will require offerors to submit a technical proposal which will be evaluated, along with cost. The solicitation document will be issued on or about September 9, 1996.
