Provide all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment required to improve five (5) passenger elevators at the VA Western New York Healthcare System, Buffalo, NY as required by the plans and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to: upgrade controls (including ''ADA'' compliance), minor finishes, minor demolition, electrical, ventilation, and restoration. Work will be phased (one elevator at any one time). The bid package will be issued 08/26/96 and the Bid Opening is scheduled for 09/26/96 at 12:00p.m. in Room 67C (Basement). A prebid conference is scheduled for 09/06/96 at 10:00a.m. in Room 104A. To receive a bid package, submit a written request with your company's name, street address (no post office box), telephone and FAX numbers, along with a refundable bid deposit (company check for $25.00 endorsed to the U.S. Dept of the Treasury) to the attention of the Contracting Officer.
