All seats shall have serving tables, seat belts and ash trays. Seats must be constructed of a FAA approved fire block material with a high tech light weight alloy frame and have ''G'' rated FWD and AFT. Manufacturing date shall be after 1990. All seats must be identical and a dark shade is preferred. These seats will be installed in a KC-135 model aircraft. Requests for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about 4 Sept 96 and receipt of quotation is required by 20 Sept 96.
