Supporting facilities include utilities, electric service, sanitary sewer, paving, walks, parking, access road, information systems, and site inprovements. Total construction cost of the project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Duration of the project is 580 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
