The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) has an immediate requirement for Airborne Bit Synchronizer, part number MO8166 with RS422 outputs (special output options 1. NRZ-L, 1 VRMS, SMA female connector and 2. RS-422 NRZ-L and synchronized clock, military circular connector or two SMA connectors.) Manufacturer is AACOM Systems. These are replacement parts and upgrades to support the immediate needs of the B-1 Instrumentation systems and no substitutions or replacements are acceptable. Offerors must be able to provide convincing evidence that they can provide the exact same mechanical, physical, and electric characteristics as the above named units in order to meet the Government's requirements.
