Although DMWR 55-1615-340 is available, it cannot be used for full and open competition due to specific requirement for special tooling/test equipment or drawings. Bell Helicopter is the only known source that has the required specific tooling, test equipment, drawings, or data, such as, Bonding Fixture, P/N: 400-015-001-001, Grand Master Balance Blade, P/N: 406-015-101-113GGM 001-001, Working Master Blade, P/N: 406-015-101-113GMB-001-001, Grand Master Whirl Blade, P/N: 406-015-101-113GGW1-1, Working Master Whirl Blade, P/N: 406-015-101-113GMW1-1, Bonding Fixture, P/N: 400-015-001-001, Zeiss Machine, Model: SMM (Mfg by C. Zeiss), and Balancing Fixture, P/N: 406-015-001-101AAT-2-1D. In addition, calibration contour data is proprietary to Bell Helicopter.
