D -- PC SYSTEM INSTALLATION & INTEGRATION FOR VIDEOCONFERENCE NETWORK POC Contracting Officer: Susan Minardi (518)462-3311, Ext 2558 The Department of Veterans Affairs, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208, intends to negotiate solely with Global Telemedix, Inc., 34 Heather Dr., Westford, MA 01886 for PC installation, integration, test and debug of hardware and software for PC based telemedicine workstations. Components include isoethernet network interface, codec, applications software and operating software. Installations at Albany, Buffalo, Bath, Canandaigua, and Syracuse VAs will include integration, installation, test and debug of hybrid videoconferencing network in a multi-vendor equipment environment including LAN-based desktops, rollabouts, and MCU. Components include WAN Hubs, Multimedia Hubs, desktop videoconferencing nodes, network management servers, and connectivity equipment. Test and debug of intra-site connectivity between all equipment across the local area network will be executed. Network integration will be for configuration, test and debug 5 city multi-vendor hybrid videoconferencing network. Includes advance staging and test of equipment as well as final on-site check out. Testing and debug of inter-site connectivity between all equipment across the wide area network will be executed. NO Solicitation document is available.
