95 -- SHEET STEEL AND COUNTERWEIGHTS SOL 1PI-R-0582-96 DUE 093096 POC Contract Specialist, CALABRO, ALICE, 202/508-3954 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a five year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract at UNICOR Milan,MI factory for various sizes of sheet steel and counterweights. This contract will be awarded on a consignment basis. UNICOR will establish estimated minimum and maximum levels of inventory to be stored at the UNICOR warehouse. As production materials are utilized the factory will issue receivers. The contractor will replace production materials as inventory levels fall to minimum quantities as established for each item. UNICOR reserves the right to adjust the minimum and maximum quantities as needed. The proposals submitted will be evaluated by the following best value criteria: Price and Past Perfirmance.
