While the Government may acquire some leased and purchased network equipment, the contract will primarilyprovide technical labor hours required to plan exercises, and to operate and maintain exercise telecommunications networks. Please submit all requests for theRFP by mail to the agency address listed above. The RFP will be issued on or about19 September 1996, and written proposals addressing price, past performance information and certifications will be required by 21 October 1996. Oral proposalsaddressing management, technical and other non-cost evaluation factors will be heldon or about 18 November 1996. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
