The objective of this procurement is to identify and select firm(s) that have the required qualifications, commitment, expertise, and experience in management information, monitoring, performance measurement, and conducting analysis within stringent time constraints in the general program areas of public and Indian Housing, community development, fair housing and housing. Indefinite Quantity, Task Order Contract(s) are contemplated to be awarded with an ordering period of 48 months. This solicitation will be available on or about 09/09/96.
