The Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCCD), intends to competitively procure support for Tactics Evaluation and Readiness (TERA) support services. The purpose of the TERA is to execute the requirements of the Navy Tactical Support Activity (NAVTACSUPPACT's) charter in direct support of the Unified Commander in Chiefs (CINCs) both afloat and ashore for various fleet commands worldwide. Support includes assisting fleet commands in the development and evaluation of naval warfare tactics and reconstruction and assessment via the use of fully trained managers and operators in support of these requirements. Tactics Evaluation and Readiness Assessment Centers (TERACs) will be established and maintained in the geographic areas, but not limited to: Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA; Gaeta, Italy; and Yokosuka, Japan. A contract consisting of a three (3) year base period and two 1 year option periods for a total of five years is contemplated. The SIC Code for this requirement is 8711 with a size standard of $13.5M.
