Will be accomplished by reconstructing tread to original grades and alignment, removing sloughs and berms, reshaping backslopes, removing protruding rocks and roots, filling ruts and troughs, cutting back logs, stumps and encroaching brush, and refinishing the entire tread surface. Other work includes construction of waterbars, ditches and check dams. Power equipment is not permitted. Work to be done on the Zigzag Ranger District of the Mt. Hood National Forest, Oregon. Government Estimate is between S25,000 and S100,000. Contract time is approximately 365 days. (0233)
