The Air Force intends to issue a full and open competitive request for quotations to provide all labor, material, equipment, tools and transportation necessary to renovate an existing facility for a Munitions Maintenance Facility at Hanscom AFB, MA. The principle items of work include but are not limited to: installing a new latrine, interior concrete block and stud walls, interior and exterior doors, interior room finishes, heating and cooling, electrical lighting and power, lightening protection system, fire detection system, water and sewer service to the facility. A firm-fixed price purchase order is planned with an expected period of performance of 90 calendar days and a start date in October 1996. All interested organizations should respond in writing within 15 days of this notice. A site visit is schedule for 11SEP96 at 10:00AM. All quotes will be due by close of business on 18SEP96.
