Provide maintenance on Baxter Fenwall CS 3000 Plus Apheresis Cell Separator located in the Blood Bank Division, Laboratory Medicine Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD to include two (2) scheduled preventive maintenance inspections, unlimited emergency service calls, parts, travel and labor for a base period of one (1) year effective 01 October 1996 through 30 September 1997 with four (4) one year options. Anticipated award date is 23 September 1996. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency. This action is unrestricted. Proposed issue date of solicitation is 06 September 1996. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
