The work is briefly described as follows: (1) Demolish and remove 112 existing housing units including asbestos removal, underground tank removal, and designated sitework including overhead electrical distribution system; (2) Construct 112 housing units and associated sitework including underground electrical distribution system; and (3) Construct new Utah Avenue including overhead and underground utilities and traffic control devices. The specifications and drawings will specific work in detail. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1521. The magnitude of this project is over $10,000.000. The total contract performance period is 540 calendar days. This solicitation is unrestricted. Interested firms should respond as early as possible but no later than 15 Sep 96.
